As a former Manager of the Froedtert Hospital Emergency Department and Trauma Center in Milwaukee Wisconsin, I have experience in cultivating successful relationships with Physicians and Administration. This experience also has offered valuable insight to what the best practices are within the ED.
Having more than ten years experience working in a variety of Emergency Departments as an RN and Manager, I understand the needs of both the hospital and physician, and can help guide both to not only enhanced relationships, but also toward improved patient throughput and outcomes. Through my experiences, I can relate to and respond appropriately not only to my physicians working locum tenens, but also to the hospitals in which they work.
