Burlington Healthcare Providers was created as a locum tenens recruitment firm in 2002 by Randall J. Vodnik, who had six prior years of physician recruiting experience – the last three as his employer’s top producer. Patrick Moore joined as Vice President in 2003, after three successful years in the industry. BHP now employs six recruiters and two support staff, offering both locum tenens and permanent placement services to clients and candidates nationwide.

First, we LISTEN. We still practice the time-tested skills of building person-to-person relationships over the phone and giving you a single point of contact for all of the business you do with us. No passing the buck to other departments.

Next, we're FOCUSED, yet ADAPTABLE.  While most of our current business comes from serving hospital-based physician practices like radiology & emergency medicine, we are carefully expanding our role to include recruitment of high demand primary care practitioners - both medical and dental.  As a result, we have developed the contacts, resources and experience to allow our recruiters to work both locum tenens and permanent placement physician jobs. Our competitors offer one service or the other, or separate the two. We don’t.

Finally, WE'RE GROWING! BHP was number 304 on the 2007 Inc. 500 list of America’s fastest growing private companies. As we continue to consolidate our strength in radiology, we will methodically and deliberately move into new areas, such as internal medicine and its sub-specialties.
